Single Shaft Mixing Extruder

The machine is powered by a six-pole motor that drives the pneumatic clutch. The gear is shifted by a special medium-hard gear reducer, and the two-axis output is transmitted to the two axes of the stirring shaft. The mixing, extrusion and chopping of the raw materials are completed by the mixing knife, the spiral auger and the mixing knife.

The raw materials are pushed and stirred by the mixing knife and compressed and extruded by the spiral cutter to mix and mature the raw materials.
