No.: 09/242.138). In 1998, the world′s first movable tunnel kiln experimental production line was designed and built, and it was successfully ignited once. It was officially put into operation with the actual operational production line of the world′s first movable tunnel kiln in Heze, Shandong in 2007. In 2007, the company applied for and obtained the invention patent (patent No. ZL200710017898.3) of "Annular Conveyor Belt And Movable Tunnel Kiln Sintered Brick Process System". For the first time in China, Xi′an Liyuan realized the concept of sintered bricks that the green brick does not move and the kiln body moves. For the first time, the high-quality refractory and heat-insulating aluminum silicate fiber cotton was introduced into the sintered brick and tile industry.
